Post-installation Messages not shown

Hello, "Post-installation messages" from Joomla iteself no longer appear

Once you've read the messages, they won't be shown again.

But you can unhide them - you should see a screen that allows you to reset them.

Click the notification button (located top right).

If you don't see any messages (the button should still be visible), click the button and you should see this screen, allowing you to reset/unhide the messages. There's also a toggle Hide/Unhide in the top left.

Are you seeing either of these screens? If not, go to the Module Manager, make sure you're filtering these on Administrator modules, and search for Post Install Messages. Publish that module. On my site(s) it is published to a module position (in the Atum template) called "Status".

ok I have access to the 2 pages but I can not consult the old message? The module is well in place, I have 3 notifications at the top right but when I click on it there is nothing

I have the same issue. I followed the steps above but it didn't resolve the issue as well.

Joomla 4.2.8
System screen shows 4 message valuable but none show when link is clicked. Clicking Reset Messages does nothing. That screen says all the messages have been read, so why does the system screen show 4 unread?
Seems like this component is faulty?
