Redirect plugin freezes with 500 error

Hi

I wanted to utilize the redirect plugin. I selected the option to display all previously created redirects (a lot). However, the site froze. Now, when I click on System -> Redirects in Joomla, the site freezes with the following URL and data.

URL: /administrator/index.php?option=com_redirect
On this page, I encounter a 500 error.

I have come across this topic: viewtopic.php?t=991434
However, it doesn't provide a solution.

In the logs, I see this error message: POST /administrator/index.php?option=com_redirect&view=links HTTP/1.1

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
