[solved] error updating helix

hello when i try to update helix i get this error;

Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Infinite loop detected.
Failed to extract file: helix_ultimate_plugin_pkg_2.0.15.zip

i have 2.013

wht sha ll i do?

solved..the tmp folder was not writable!
