Menu Subitems

I have set up my main menu under Main Menu.
I have a menu item called "Keys" and a submenu item called "Circle of Fifths".
When I go to the front end. I click on "Keys" and my submenu does not show.
Any clues to how I can fix this?

1. Is the submenu item has a Parent Item?
2. Is it Published?
3. What template are you using?
4. Tip: Update Joomla to ver. 5
