Class 'JRequest' not found on Control panel Topic is solved

Hi. I've successfully migrated from Joomla 3.10 to 4.1.5 but I seem to have an error on the main control panel.

Have attached a screenshot but can't work out what's causing it. In fact, I've no idea what is supposed to be in that section where the error text is showing?

Any help is appreciated.

The error comes from an incompatible third party plugin. Go to System - Setup - Global Configuration -System - Debug and set Debug System to 'Yes'. Go to the Server tab - Server and set Error Reporting to 'Maximum'. Then go to System - Manage - Plugins and enable the plugin System - Debug.

Those selections will give a more detailed error message and a call stack, which will identify the root cause. Post the messages here for advice.

Thanks very much for the quick solution. Really appreciate that. Works out it was a reset hit's module that was causing the error so unpublished and all looks good :-)

Good to hear that the issue is fixed. The latest version of the Reset Hits module is compatible with Joomla 4, according to its JED entry.
