Are These Safe To Delete?

I'm cleaning up my site before upgrading to Joomla 4. I see the items below but I don't remember installing them, are they safe to delete?

Components
- Banners
- News Feeds
- Messaging
- Tags

Plugins
- Redshop Fallback Redirect plugin
- VirtueMart Fallback Redirect plugin
- Mijoshop Fallback Redirect plugin

The listed components belong to the Joomla core. Leave them alone or disable them. If they are not used, they do not use any resources. In any case, the next version update will re-install them.

All three plugins are third party extensions, installed with e-cart or shopping packages. If the corresponding components are not there, those plugins can be uninstalled.
