Segmentation fault when using banners

Hi all,

hope you're doing well.

after upgrading a Joomla 3.10 site successfully to 4.3.1 the site seems to work for the most part, but when using any link of "Banners", they all produce this error except the Banner Categories:

AH00052: child pid 10093 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

I restored the original php.ini file just to see the problem is in there but that does not make a difference. On the same site I installed the same template but with the sample/demo data and that does work fine.

I'm on Debian 11 and PHP 8.2. Where should I start to look?

According to the FPA results, the configuration of the web server may have ownership problems:

Some third party extensions are not compatible with Joomla 4 and PHP 8.2.

The third party extension Localise v3.2.1 is not compatible with Joomla 4. The latest version is 4.1.0, providing initial support for Joomla 4.0.

The Joomla 3 third party extension JNews must have been uninstalled earlier but several of its plugins were left behind. They need to be uninstalled. The Joomla 2.5 templates Atomic and Bluestork need to be uninstalled, too.

OK, I fixed this by disabling Joomla debugging in configuration.php. Not sure why this poses a problem for banners. Smells like a bug to me. Should I report?
