Issue during saving of an article

Hello.
After upgrading a Joomla website from version 3 to 4, when I am trying to save an article I see the message:

Save failed with the following error: Out of range value for column 'rgt' at row 2.

The article is not saved.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Looks like one of the tables is corrupted but unclear which. Try running rebuild function for Categories and Tags.

Thank you for your answer.
The problem remains after rebuilding of categories tree.
I have no tags at all.
