Error: AJAX Loading Error

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade the Joomla version to version 4.x but when I start the upgrade I get this error "Error: AJAX Loading Error".
I have solved this error in the past but old steps are not working on this site.
I have set max_execution_time and memory_limit, checked for missing files or folders in the /administrator/com_joomlaupdate folder, recreated the .htaccess file or htaccess.txt, and checked file permissions, but nothing worked.

I tried helix ultimate and Protostar but the error still exists.
