Guided Tours installed twice after migration Topic is solved

after migration from joomla 3 to joomla 4 i have "Guided Tours" installed twice!

also i could not delete one of them because it is locked, has this happened to anyone else?
how can i delete a duplicate protected component?

possibly delete the relevant corresponding database entry for the duplicate, and the extension/plugin in folder in the file system (check first that the database itself actually shows a duplicate (can you screencast a video/screenshot of phpMyAdmin, to show the duplicate database entries?).

I migrated to J4 (now on J5) some years ago and don't actively use Guided Tours, so can't help on that point.

You can unlock a component in the database. Then uninstall it from within Joomla admin. Make a backup first in case they are linked and both uninstall.

Change the "enabled" field for the three duplicate records to 0.
If that solves the issue, you can delete those records.
