How to update joomla from v3.10.2 to v4.0.3?

I can not find the Update Checker in joomla v3.10.2. where is it when I update jomla from v3.10 to v3.10.2?
and I only find the Joomla! 4.0.0 Upgrade Package(from Joomla! 3.10 releases to 4.0.0.)

this upgrade package, Can I use it?
