Hi

I have this classifieds extension installed on my site, it has a custom fields for the new user registration form

It was fine and works well recently, suddenly my guest can't register into the site even after completing all the necessarily fields in the registration page

It just showing the error page as above once the guest completed / click the submit button

Not sure whether this is because the component since it's regularly updated or something else that I not aware yet

Permissions issue?

These php settings are far too low: Max. Upload Size: 4M | Max. POST Size: 8M | Memory Limit: 128M

Upload and post sizes should be 32M and Memory Limit should be 256M (or more). Ask your hosting service to change them.

So the error is occurring in your third party extension - ask Helix for help.

it is not an issue with helix
it is an issue with the router for the classifieds extension
