File attached using DPAttachments must appear in the featured articles layout as well
I see that only the frontend can attach a file to the articles.
However, I also have a problem:
I installed the DPAttachments plugin under Joomla 4 and I can't solve the problem that if I attach a file to an article and that article is Featured articles, then the attached file should also appear in the article under the Home menu. It is possible?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

Aren't you able to do it with Core Custom Fields?

I have been using Joomla version 1.5.25 until today, I am now familiar with Joomla version 4. could you show me an example of how to solve it?

What about JCE Editor?sylwekb wrote: ↑Thu Jun 23, 2022 2:36 pmCan attachments be added only from the frontend? Can't add to a specific article in the administration panel?
There is an add-on that added attachments to the administration panel and from the administration panel, but unfortunately it is only for Joomla 3 https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/attachments/

What type of files do the attachments contain?
You can add a custom field of type Media.

This is a cashless Hospital internal intranet site. In the JCE editor, only PRO knows this.
These would be pdf, xls, doc files.

I wanted to add to my website the functionality of adding attachments to articles from the administration panel. I have installed and published the addon below. However, I don't see a field for adding attachments anywhere. Does anyone use this addon? How to run it to add attachments?

I contacted the developer and he fixed the bug. Version 5.1.1 is now working fine.
