Chat for support, non-invasive

I'm looking for a Chat for a technical site.
Above all that it is not invasive or generates spam.
Also have an app on a smartphone and that it is GDPR Compliant

Can you recommend me something?

i mean tawkto and intercom are obvious choices, why not them?

Mibew? There is no problem to bolt it to Joomla. Great Open Source code.
