Desktop/mobile images

Below the H1 on each page I have an image. Until now I have used a landscape format image. This, however, does not look good on mobile devices, on which I want an image below H1 covering the mobile screen. JCE Pro has a confusing feature that should make this happen (Insert image - Responsive tab), but I can't get consistent results. Do you have any advice on how I can achieve what I want?

You use JCE to insert these mages so ask the forum of JCE what could cause this. Ryan is a very helpful operator and will assist you
