How to contact Joomdonation?

Does anyone know of a way to reach out to the owners o the Joomdonation site? Every form or methods of contacting them through their site requires a reCaptcha, but the recaptcha is not working, it just keep hanging.

I've been trying to get through to them for a while now using different PCs and different service providers, all with the same result.

So if anyone knows them or they see this, please respond. I'm trying to recover my account and update and extension.

The forum reCAPTCHA is not working either.

Yeah, I tried the forum, but I get the same issue when trying to recover my account or create a new account. Their recaptcha just hangs.

If anyone else has an account with these guys, submit a ticket and let them know they are losing customers because their recaptcha doesn't work.

For me it works for without any issues.
I just tried the "Forgot your password?" link: https://joomdonation.com/login-register.html?view=reset
The reCaptcha is solved when I click the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
And I am able to send the form.

Maybe it's an issue at your end (did you try another browser)?
Or it was a temporary issue that has been fixed in the meantime.

I tried four different browsers and it is simply not working here.

The IP address of the domain, when accessed from here, is pointing to cloudproxy10011.sucuri.net, which may be part of the issue.

Weird, for me it's cloudproxy10011.sucuri.net (192.124.249.11) as well.
But working correctly here...

I just tried to contact Tuan (from Joomdonation) on Mattermost about this issue and shared the link of this topic

This problem is not limited to Joomdonation. All Joomla 3.x sites seem to be unable to use ReCaptcha since 10-Nov.
