Is JoomlaThat! MIA?

My boss purchased this extensions over a week ago.

He got his receipt, but did not get the website login email. The captcha on the site seems to not be working. We have contacted them through the contact form multiple times, as well as emailed them directly from the email on their Facebook page.

Does anyone know who they are? Did they stop supporting their product? What do I do? We cannot download what we paid for.

use the "Report" button on the JED.
