Incorrect string value

Hello Forum Members

I'm using Joomly 4.2.6 and Sigplus to publish galeries in my website. Most galeries work well but 1 reports error "Error message: Incorrect string value: '\xF2\x8D\xA5\x8B\xEF\xBF...' for column 'textvalue' at row 1"

The Screenshot shows two galeries which work correctly. I assume the galery in the middle causes the error. It shows no tumbnails but the link to the galery folder.

Each image folder contains the image files (jpg) and a file "labels.txt" (attached the one in folder 0407_1). I assume this txt file causes the error but I could not find what's the difference compated to other txt files. All other image folders also include a labels.txt and they work without error.

Please can you check. I hope you can find the cause. Many thanks.

Re-Upload gallery images. Manually edit your gallery data. I hope these two changes will work for you.
