CoalaWeb extensions Topic is solved

I have been upgrading my network to Joomla 4.4.4 and before I make the jump to Joomla 5 - I am cleaning and removing extensions, modules, components, and plugins that are either unneeded or unused. I thought I had accomplished this until I hit the System > Discover to discover what may be lurking there.

To my dismay I found some residual extensions from CoalaWeb. Researching CoalaWeb updates I find they are no longer producing modules nor updating existing ones.

Under Discover I have these showing

System - CW Facebook JS - Site - Plugin
System - CW Gears - Site - Plugin

Neither are showing up in site's administration - Extensions, Modules (site or administration), Plugins, or Components.

Since I do not see nor find them in the <site>/<directories> (components, modules, plugins) - where do I need to look for the residual components?

All extensions have a reference in the #__extensions table:
the installed ones
but also discovered ones that still need to be installed.

System Plugins are located in /plugins/system/
If those two plugins are not in that /plugins/system/ folder, but still visible under System > Manage > Extensions,
then the code has been removed, but the references in the database table are not.
