How to translate values of additional fields

Hi.I have a website on Joomla 4, with 2 languages configured.
I installed the latest version of Falang an additional extension.

Site users can independently edit their articles in 2 languages. BUT phalanx allows you to translate only TITLE of additional fields, but not the value.

Is it possible to fix this somehow?

for example, is there a field “Place of work”, so that the user can fill it out in 2 languages?
