Can anyone reccomend a good free template for Joomla 4?

1. Cassiopeia - comes free with Joomla....?

2. Personally I use Helix Ultimate (JoomShaper).

Depends on your definition of "good". I find Helix good for my requirements; that opinion might differ user to user.

I really like Hydrogen from Gantry5, and it's easy to use, has a great layout manager.
