J4 & Gantry5: YAML layout files

Greetings

Does anyone know where I can find how YAML layout files work for the templates?

I want to modify layouts and have them sync up with current layout presets for colors etc. I also need to make new styles for new elements within the layout.

I was actually a subscriber there.

I could be wrong, but they made it seem like editing layouts was herculean task. It was actually quite easy to do !

The catch is trying to figure how how it all works within..
