Error with imagepalettetotruecolor() in ThemeXpert and Quix

I'm using themexpert and Quix. I'm getting this error

0 - imagepalettetotruecolor(): Argument #1 ($image) must be of type GdImage, null given

When looking online it's saying that 8.0 php could be the problem. Anyone know how to fix this?

The problem is in the code where $image is being initialized.

Have you set Error Reporting to 'maximum' and enabled Debug?

Yes I set the error reporting to Ma and enambeld debug. I have no idea what it means. What do I do next? I changed the php 8.0 back to php 7.x and it works fine. so there is a problem in PHP 8. How do I report this error?
