pulldown menu symbol missing (megamenu Helix Ultimate)

Hi all,
After upgrading my site to Joomla 4 something strange happened in the pulldown menu (Helix Ultimate mega menu): it seems like the symbol that indicates the 'pull down' cannot be found...instead of this symbol a square is displayed. Any idea how this can be fixed? See the main menu of https://www.philharmoniegelre.nl to see what I mean

Is FontAwesome enabled? I think that's what Helix uses for those sorts of icons.

I'd perhaps ask on the JoomShaper forum.

There's a few Helix experts on the Joomla forum so maybe they will respond also.

Hi Nelizzzz. I agree with AMurray. Check Font Awesome enabled in template settings.

Tip: Never use preloader on multi pages site and at all never use. It is not possible to wait for the loading of your site because of it. And it will annoy users when switching to each page
