Welcome to Joomla forum!

How did you create your menu that is shown on the left?
Did you use Joomla's menu?

Did you create menu items of type Articles > Category Blog or Articles > Category List for each category?

The SEF URLs in Joomla are created on basis of the menu structure (which you configure with all the menu items). It uses the "alias" of the menu items to create the URL structure.
And if you create menu items of type Category Blog/List, then the alias of the articles within those categories that are not linked from the menu (menu item type "Single Article") will be used for the URL structure.

i think yes i create category and tag in menu i use tag not category

is it a wrong used need to use category and not tag for populate the menu ?

You need to create menu items to Category Blog/List to get nice URLs.

Just try adding a menu item of type Category Blog or List for one of your categories.
And see if the Tags pointing to the article in that category, will take that URL.

btw: You can hide the new menu items from the menu, or add them to a new menu that you don't display.
And you can switch on the Modern Router to remove the number from the URL.

Sorry, I do not understand your question. The URL of that menu item looks good.

Could you create a menu item called "Application" with alias "application",
and see if the link under your tag item "Aide mémoire : Application" (url aide-memoire-application?layout=list&types[0]=1) changes to /application/
and how the URLs for the articles in that category will be?
