Getting to use specific keywords to work effectively
Hi friends
I can rank my new website on the 2nd day at the top of google search page using Attracta SEO tools. I also use backlink from my other website to help out.
My quest now is to have specific keywords that really work. I have read various support papers but it is either too thick for my thick head. So i hope some of you can point to a more direct path.
Let say my keyword i want to use is "London Coffee". This word appears in my website in the home page repeatly. However i notice when i google 'London Coffee' some other website rank before my site or it does not appear at all.
How to solve this faster?

Re: Getting to use specific keywords to work effectively
Search engines like Google take more into account then just keywords.
Google uses the visitor's physical location and most probably the site's company location too. If the other site with "London Coffee" has a physical address listed on the website (or that website is listed in Google Business Profile), it would be more relevant for people using the "London" keyword.
The same goes for the visitor's past searches. If the other site has also "Coffee shops in Soho" and a visitor has searched for "Record shops in Soho" recently, that the Google AI might consider the site that has both "London Coffee" and "Soho" as more relevant and showing it higher on the results page.

Please see these topics about keywords and Google (or Bing or other search engines):
It helps to have a site map that you submit to your search engine, too.

It's seriously not what you think.
Ranking on Google is different from adding keywords on the homepage or elsewhere.
There are over 200 rankings factors, and you must take care of them.
Nowadays, especially, Onpage SEO is playing a significant part in SEO. Yes, off-page (backlinks) play their role but the role but John Meuller has said that they will make it less effective over time.
So, if your site is technically fit, then you should focus on on page SEO part.
Secondly, there is no quick solution, it's marathon, not sprinter.

To improve your website's ranking for the keyword "London Coffee," you should conduct keyword research, optimize your website, and build quality backlinks from authoritative websites. However, ranking on the top of Google search results for a competitive keyword like "London Coffee" takes time and effort.

Frankly, it's not as simple as you think it to be.
There are many rankings factors that Google considers to analyze a page to rank on SERPs.
Here is how you can rank on Google.
1. You should have a technical beast. At least, your site must pass core web vitals. Here is how to do it. https://www.keycdn.com/blog/speed-up-joomla
2. Conduct keyword research to find the best low-competition opportunities. Here is how to do it for free. https://sturdybusiness.com/find-untappe ... ness-blog/
3. Consider optimizing the page. Here are the best practices. https://www.shoutmeloud.com/write-seo-content.html
4. Build some valuable backlinks. That's what you are already doing.
It's the only way to rank on Googe's top results, otherwise, it will months to years to reach the top positions in any google core update.
You can ask any question about SEO and I shall answer here.

Re: Getting to use specific keywords to work effectively
There is almost 150K pages containing that keyword in their title and you are probably competing with more than that for top 10 pages. Over 600M results in serp.
Very difficult search to rank for, especially if you are new website with not authority.
