Expired cache date in the past.

Hi All,

I have an issue with my sites pages cache expire date being in the past which means none of my pages, are being saved in the DNS severs around the world, which giving my user a very bad user experience unfortunaly.
Where is this being set?

What cache mechanism are you using? Joomla's System cache? Joomla's Page cache? Some other kind of cache?

To answer your question: the cache headers are set in libraries/vendor/joomla/application/src/AbstractWebApplication.php on line 375 ff. This can be overridden by third party extensions.

However, I don't think you should alter this. If you open your browser developer tools and look at the Network tab you will see that the source document is 38Kb and is fetched every time. After first page load all other resources are cached, except some that are faulty.

I don't get a bad experience. What do you mean by bad experience?
