use unsef url content in article - does make duplicate?

hello. i see a setting in jce editor. it can insert url link as unsef. when i go to forntend then click on that link, it going to sef self url.
maybe you think that why i use unsef url instead sef url in article? my anwer it is, if anytime change the article alias i don't need to change url indexed in article because unsef url use cat id and article id.

now i'm going to know if i do that , i will cause duplicate?
you think is better insert sef url ?

go to profile > Edit Default > Tab Plugin Parameters > Link > go to end you can see Convert to SEF

It is not 'unsef' it's 'Convert to sef'

Set Yes ... menu/path/to/index.php?articleid=nn
Set No ... index.php?articleid=nn

thanks. please go to my first post. i'm going to know if convert to sef set to NO and insert article link with catid and article id, is cause to dubplicate content with sef links?
