problems with ?rCH=-2 and ?rCH=2

Hello guys,
Google has informed me that there is a redirect error on a page:
https://www.around-napoli.com/it/terme- ... tml?rCH=-2
even I use Aimy canonical and there is this canonical link: https://www.around-napoli.com/it/terme-di-baia.html
I also have a lot of pages with this error, that they are not yet discovered by Google.

One year ago I had cookiehint and consent, a plug-in to manage the GDPR and to create the popup to choose cookies, but this plug in generates all pages with "rCH=-2" and "rCH=2", so I removed it and I don't know wich extension still generates them. Now I use GDPR by https://storejextensions.org/ and they told me that this extension does not generate these kinds of pages.

I also tried to add some lines in .htaccess :
redirect 301 page.html?-RCH=-2 page.html but it doesn't work

One time in the robot.txt file I added disallow: *.rCH=2 and that's worked, but now Google doesn't want anymore this string.
How can fix it removing or redirecting this pages?
