how to disable/remove /media/system/js/messages.min.js?

Can you please help how to remove disable from loading in frontend this file?
/media/system/js/messages.min.js
This affects performance.

removing it would lead to losing important functionality.

the entire file is 1.7k - i would be amazed if you could even measure a performance change

i will test if it loose some functionality or not. I use cloudflare and this file is added 2 times see picture. I already tried to delete this vile and everything works just fine.

every extra file is too much...
