Joomla 4 Poor performance

Hello> After upgrading to J4 I experience serious problems with the site. To be specific, the site loads very slowly and very often I get messages "You have reached the resources limit, connection time out". Also a new problem is that in the System options I click to install a new extension and I wait for the next screen to continue but it never comes...
