Configurando Joomla para que muestre los errores debería decirte cuál está dando problemas. En la página de documentación que enlazas dice:

With the changes made, reload the page that was causing the error. Now you should see a stack trace.

Ahí muestra la ruta que da el error, qué extensión está involucrada y la traza seguida.

Con esa información tienes una buena pista de por dónde empezar.

Por otro lado, cuando puedas te recomiendo quitar todas aquellas extensiones que no necesites.
