Send email to article author.....

Hello,

I have multiple products on my site and those products are from multiple users.

Under each product there is a Chronoforms form that I receive and then send it manually to they user.

Each product has its own article and is linked to the user - article author.

Now I want the form to be automatically forwarded to the article author as well.

All this may be possible with custom.php, but how?

Have searched and searched but keep coming up with older Joomla versions like 2.5 and 3
