Missing Web Services - Installer plugin

Hi I accidentally deleted
Web Services - Installer plugin
for J5
Is there possible to download it and install?

Normal and recommended method:
Go to Joomla Update, and click "Resintall Core System Files" button (something like that I don't recall the exact wording). Make sure the update channel is set to "Default".
That should do it.

If it doesn't you could try:

Outside the box, square peg in round hole methods (or possibilities): NOT recommended:

• Refresh the system files with "Upload and Update" - effectively re-install using the download package for the exact version you're using. (won't harm site content).
• Download the install package, find the Web - Installer Plugin within that zip, and extract it, then figure out in the folder hierarchy where it should go. Upload it to your site in the exact location it needs to be then do a Discover Install.
• You could try extracting that plugin folder, and re-zip it on its own, then try and install it like you would any extension (that's probably stretching it a bit).

Remember Backup before you do any of the above.
