I have certainly published a plugin because now on mobile I get

ho can i unpublish it ?
what is the name of the plugin ?

It's the error reporting.
In Global Configuration set:

Tab: System
Debug system to no

Tab: Server
Error reporting to none

It's the Plugin Debug. Set the Access Level to "Special'. Then everyone will not see it when Debugging. Turn it off when not using it as already advised
