Convert Forms causing Error:0

Hello all. I am completly new to Joomla. I've been messing around with it and saw that every time I attempt to add a Convert Form in my website (once through an article and once through a module) I get this error:

The requested page can't be found.
An error has occurred while processing your request.

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page
Go to the Home Page

0 Class "Text" not found

I don't think this is a permissions issue, as I already checked and all is set to public.

The plugin is broke not joomla.

The plugin isn’t broken; it works perfectly well. This is a basic function of Convert Forms (a hugely popular extension) and this place would be alight with posts if it weren’t working properly. There will be something amiss with your site configuration.

Questions:
What version of Joomla are you using?
What version of Convert Forms are you using?
If J5/5.1, do you have the b/c plugin enabled?
