Just moved to a new web server getting weird cache problem

Please can anyone help.
I just moved to a new server after a year now on my new server everything seemed great.
I just copied the public_html and created the db and everything the same then imported database in phpmyadmin.

Updated the nameserver. Checked the site everything working fine, so decided to create a new user to see if registrations works and started to post a few things on the site all working fine and showing.

Now after 15 mins the new user disappears from the site and all of my posts.
So i think i have some weird cache problem or something very strange does anyone know whats happening please?

Found out the problem.
The website keeps switching to old server after a few hours then back to the new one and then switches back to old server, very strange?

It can take up to 48 hours for a new DNS to propagate. Once the Domain Name Servers have all caught up the problem will disappear
