Joomla template

Post by Tom_101 » Sun Oct 13, 2024 6:14 pm

Hello,

I am looking to migrate my website to joomla and was wondering if it possible to have a responsive template in joomla that has exactly the same look and feel as my current website ( [ redacted ]) ? If so, would the same theme automatically work for additional modules (webshop, blog,...) or would that require additional development?

Thanks,
Tom

Yes it is possible (https://manual.joomla.org/). Third party extensions also need to be adapted to your own template.

The standard Cassiopeia template can be easily adjusted via CSS in the user.css file, you can also add and change positions etc. Joomla uses bootstrap and this makes the layout of your pages easy and responsive. I always manage to imitate the look and feel of a website this way.
