How do you prevent AI robots from stealing using your Joomla/web site info?

My quick research indicates you can use the "disallow" directive in your robots.txt file, the same way you would to prevent search engines crawling your site.

for instance:

 User-agent: GPTBot
Disallow: /

Whether or not they honour those directives is hit and miss.

You'd need to do that for all A.I. bots out there.

Almost impossible to prevent 'bots scanning/scraping/skimming your website. You may be able to stop most of them but you can't stop them all.
