Is LNMP or LAMP Recommended for Joomla

I'm trying to learn how to use VPS hosting with Joomla.

When installing aaPanel, I get two Recommended Software Packages options:

- LNMP, and
- LAMP

Can someone please advise which is better for standard Joomla 5 installations?

Nginx does not use a .htaccess file, but Rewrite works with the proper configuration.

Does your Host have documentation on it and if so does it say why one is recommended over the other?

Just add that the versions provided is old. Use:

MySQL 8.x
Php 8.3
