Can't update Bulgarian language

I cannot update the Bulgarian language. When I go to install language the cms returns error Can't connect to https://update.joomla.org/cms/ using joomla 5.1.4 stable

The URL you were trying to reach is for the Joomla CMS itself and I assume you were actually trying to reach https://downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla5 but were using an incomplete URL, hence the 403 Error.

The Language Packs web page is https://downloads.joomla.org/language-p ... ns-joomla5 and specifically Bulgarian: https://downloads.joomla.org/language-p ... -bulgarian but no language packs are available there.

Refer to the Translation project on Crowdin : https://joomla.crowdin.com/cms - the translation for Bulgarian doesn't seem complete yet. https://joomla.crowdin.com/cms/bg. I'm not sure if you can download the (incomplete) language pack.

So how to correct the right url, because the language page is inaccessible now.
