Problem with updating Dutch language to 5.2.5.1

After pressing the update buttun I get the next warning:

Er heeft zich een fout voorgedaan.
0 plgSystemTelegramSync::onExtensionAfterInstall(): Argument #2 ($installer) must be of type Joomla\CMS\Installer\Installer, int given, called in /var/www/html/mywebsite/libraries/src/Plugin/CMSPlugin.php on line 289


Using: latest Joomla 5.2.5 without any additional extensions or styles and I'm trying to update the language files for the dutch language.

Is the update package broken?

I have the Dutch Language pack installed, version 5.2.5 dated 2025-03-11. No problems with the update.

I have no idea what plgSystemTelegramSync is or does! Disable it?

Disable that plugin like ceford recommended.
It looks like there's an error in that plugin, in the procedure after installing (updating existing/installing new) extensions, that prevents Joomla's installation procedure to finish properly.
