Admin panel not work

Hello i have installed the 5.0.3 version, so the fronted works but the admin panel no.
It works only article but not works all other with this error
in_array(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, bool given
The php version is 8.2 ( if i set 8.1 not works notthing)

Could you give more info about your Joomla/server setup?
