Restrict email notification

Hello,

I use E-mail Notifications and System - User Actions Log to log certain events (articles, modules, users). This way, I can track my users' activities, mainly their logins and logouts. I am the only superuser and of course my own activities and logins/logouts are logged and followed by a notification email as well.

I would like to disable the notification emails specifically for my own activities. Would there be an easy way to do this, without creating an additional superuser? Of course, logging should remain.
