COM_MESSAGES_NEW_MESSAGE

This is practicaly same issue like this one from last year but in my case it is related to Privacy: Request Export of Data (Admin) and Privacy: Request Removal of Data (Admin) e-mails.
Frontend is in Swedish and if Backend is in English, e-mail sent to Administrator contains only
COM_MESSAGES_NEW_MESSAGE
COM_MESSAGES_NEW_MESSAGE_BODY

If both languages are set as Swedish, e-mail displays O.K. but in Swedish.

Is this issue has been resolved?

I can confirm that unfortunately, this issue has still not been resolved.

See also my topic https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/42353 from 16/11/2023, which has also been commented on several times.

One would expect that a message would be published from the community to clear if:
- The issue has been picked up and is being reopened
- The issue will be resolved in the next or one of the next update(s)
- The issue is not critical enough to be resolved in the short term
- The issue will not be resolved at all
- Etc.

Unfortunately, there is no news and we remain in the dark.

This is a very annoying issue because I want to monitor the Front-End users instead of having to open the Back-End every time.
