Permissions for someone working on the site?

Post by deonholt » Tue Apr 30, 2024 7:23 am

Hi and thanks for your help.

I have always worked alone on the sites I do. I have asked someone to do the SEO for me.
What permissions on the site do I give to the person?

Thanks so long.

[ redacted ]

Thank you so much for a VERY thorough explanation. I really appreciate it. I will do accordingly. I will also get hold of the agreement you mention.

Thanks again.

The previous reply was removed because it was produced by generative AI and contained indirect references to particular products and websites.

You could give full access

or

1. In global config create a new User group with Public as Parent.
2. In global config Allow for that new Group, Site login and Administrator Login.
3. In Users >>> Access levels ... Special ... select the new User Group
4. In Users >>> Options ... Permissions(tab) ... Allow Configure ACL & Options
