Can someone fix the templates based on the JoomaShine SunFramework?

Works for the older generation (pre SunFramework) joomla templates to access the Administrator area.

Can someone spend time to fix the templates based on the JoomaShine SunFramework , where i suspect because of a similar reason no one is able to access the backend template configuration pages
