SEF URL have extra characters after upgrading

Hello,

I have successfully upgraded to Joomla 5 from Joomla 4. My only concern at this time is my SEF URLs on some of the pages now show more than the expected URL.

eg:https://cpointcc.com/solutions/managed- ... managed-it

Now my pages have this:https://cpointcc.com/solutions/managed- ... MC4wLjAuMA.

After the main sef alias, there is now a ?and extra.

What do I need to look for to resolve this back to the normal path?

The actual menu item Solutions > Managed Services > CP+Care Managed IT shows https://cpointcc.com/solutions/managed- ... managed-it (nothing unusual I can see with that. The question mark on the end doesn't affect the page loading).

There's some other stuff going on - some of your menu items have question marks at the end but I think that's because there's missing icons or images on your menu items.

Yes, I broke the content css. Working my way through things.

Something is definitely broken but all the pages work fine. I have a broken content history in the admin and have a ticket on that as well. Nothing is in the error log.

I still am not able to find a resolution for this. I have nothing in the error log file.
