Read the akeeba documentation. Delete everything from your site (all files). Delete everything in the database (drop the tables). Use Kickstart (Akeeba) - place one script file kickstart.php, and your backup archive in the folder where you want to restore the 3.10.x site. Using Akeeba Kickstart to restore your site

Thanks for the feedback. I did use the Akeeba backup to restore to the previous setup. I don't know why the upgrade to 5.0.3 failed, but I've other challenges for now. Thanks for the assistance gentlemen!

Are you actively using either of these? The best advice is to set the default front-end template to Cassioepia. Once the migration is done successfully you can set the front-end template to your choice, and re-set the modules correctly for that template.

So saying the above, if you're using the T4 template, make sure you have the latest release for J4/J5 and the relevant T4 framework plugin. Your FPA doesn't list that plugin; I would expect it to have done so.
