Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a good extension that can import RSS feeds into Joomla and convert them into an article?
Joomgrabber can do this, but I find it very expensive for my hobby site. I am willing to pay for it, but it would be nice if the amount is a bit lower than Joomgrabber.
Greetings Kees.

My point is that I don't want to have my content in other places, but I want to import RSS feeds from other places as articles on my site.Nidzo2203 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2024 10:36 pm Try Perfect Publisher by Extly

I think it works the other way around.

You might try creating a Feed Display module and including that module in an article. And there is a Menu Item to include a news display in a page:

I have looked into it but this module does not import the news as a joomla article.ceford wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 3:03 pm You might try creating a Feed Display module and including that module in an article. And there is a Menu Item to include a news display in a page:

The point is that i need that it imports every new RSS item from an RSS feed as an article.

I've had a good look at it but only with the most expensive version you can use more than 2 RSS feeds and the cron jobs work.Nidzo2203 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 8:16 pmRead carefullyknorde wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2024 2:56 pmMy point is that I don't want to have my content in other places, but I want to import RSS feeds from other places as articles on my site.Nidzo2203 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2024 10:36 pm Try Perfect Publisher by Extly

I can't see if it looks at duplicates.
Then I come to the same amount as JoomGrabber, I'm curious if there are other alternatives. If there is nothing else for a cheaper price I'll have to buy JoomGrabber again, but I'll see if there are any alternatives.
Thanks for thinking along anyway!
